Terrence "Terry" McDaniel has spent nearly five decades selling residential real estate in Contra Costa County, through every kind of market — booms, corrections, double-digit interest rates, and the modern era of luxury demand in the San Ramon Valley. Throughout that career he has consistently ranked in the top 5% of every brokerage he has worked for.
